    Worst water delivery company ever their apps don’t even operate properly when you’re trying to schedule things and then over schedule water and then charges you for it as well never will use them ever again stay away from them, especially due to the amount of better off just going to the store

    I have had constant delivery issues with this branch. On average once a quarter my water gets delivered to the wrong building. I got in a car accident and have a neck and back injury. I ordered water and they delivered the first one to the LAWN of the apartment t building I live in for folks to steal it by the time I got back from my PT appt and the second delivery was sent to the WRONG building and apartment. Customer service has been horrible as well. No call backs no confirmations nor apologies. Have low expectations when dealing with this service.

    UPDATE: Well, hooray for delivery person Malik! I finally got my extremely heavy glass bottles of water moved to where they should have been in the first place. Communication from the Primo Brands main office still wasn't great; he thought he had been assigned to pick up empties. But I explained the situation and he was more than accommodating. It was frustrating to get email confirmations for two different days; Primo thought they were being nice by setting the appointment earlier - but when they didn't cancel the first confirmation, it just made for confusion when you're trying to plan your week and you end up blocking off two full days from 8a-5p ( they aren't able to narrow your delivery window until well into day of delivery). *** Except for one helpful exchange with telephone agent "Rex", I've had a terrible customer experience with ReadyRefresh/Primo while trying to get a 1-time water delivery of Mountain Valley Spring Water. My initial contact was via phone where I put in an order for a non-recurring delivery of three 5-gallon glass jugs of water. I was very specific in my delivery instructions (rear basement door; ring bell or call first), so that I could easily dolly these very heavy bottles into where my emergency water supply would be stored. When the email confirmation arrived it was completely wrong; 1 bottle instead of 3; monthly delivery instead of 1-time. I tried to correct this online, to no avail. When I called again I was told that "once an order is entered as monthly, it can't be changed." Whatttt?! So I requested a complete cancelation of the order and was forwarded to Rex. Rex was extremely helpful and understood what I wanted with no attempt to "up-sell" me to monthly delivery (as the initial agent had done). He set me up for the 1-time delivery of the correct number of bottles with the same very specific delivery instructions (he repeated them back to me, completely accurately!) Delivery today - no doorbell ring, no call - and bottles dropped on front porch! Arrrggguuhhh! I could barely get them in the door and there's now no way for a 71-year-old woman to get these tremendously heavy bottles down my basement stair, or even back down to yard level to try to dolly them the long way around the house to the walkout basement door. I'm extremely disappointed and angry at such inattentive and poor customer service.

    Made multiple attempts to contact the company with no success regarding a delivery where all the individual bottles were stolen, to change the delivery schedule and a change in the number of bottles. The customer is always busy or requested to leave a message that will be returned. After multiple requests no returned call. No time for customers???????????? LEDs to lost account.
