- TTTajaAug 22, 20251.0This place never had enough workers , the associates are always rude , lazy and have an attitude. I am tired of having to wait 20-30mins because there is only one cashier and 20 customers waiting to be served. The cashier’s are not knowledgeable or diligent in their work.

They bully anyone who does not know the process of using the post service. It was very painful to watch and experience. I was in line watching them do it over and over again. I am so glad I got the least rude one. Leaves a lot to desire in terms of customer experience. I am never coming back. Please do your self a favor and consider going to a different branch, if possible.

- LNLisa N.Oct 18, 20181.0Worst Delivery Service Ever! The mail carrier always delivers the wrong mail, looses my packages, and they never hold anyone accountable. This is ridiculous. I have been complaining for over a year! I have countless packages that i track to my home that say"delivered" but are never there. I make sure someone is always home for packages and yet, still nothing gets delivered even though they "mark it" as delivered. I call customer service, email complaints, file an investigation with the post master, even call the local office and nothing. One day i even waiting at the post office for the delivery person to return because my package said it was delivered to my house but it was not... come to find out, it was on his truck all along! SMH.... This is unethical and not to mention illegal to steal mail.
