I see a tracking number which says a label was generated, however is states UPS is waiting for the package which was handed to one of your staff..How did you loose a package that quickly. I call the phone number and go through a maze only to be waiting for a call back. I have checked tracking since yesterday 01/05/2026 it still says UPS is waiting to receive the package. Absolutely insane. 01/06/2026 called UPS spoke to someone I could hardly understand who kept talking over me. I asked for a supervisor they said no one was available and it would be a hour or 2 before I would get a call back. She said there is a case number and I did ask for the number received it and still no help on a next day delivery
