Kudos to Alton and this location for consistently providing outstanding service!

Miss girl told me to sign my documents and I waited for her to finish filling out the book with my info.I then proceeded to ask her if she wanted me to sign in the book while she notarized my document.I know how the process goes because I too am a NOTARY for the state of Maryland. She hands me the book, faced up without telling me where to sign in the book.The book looked like a copied book of the orginal notary book, stapled together.I held it up so I could see and she proceeds to tell me that I can’t hold up it like that. Instant attitude from her so I signed and gave her back the book.She snatches the book from me and I said “it was not necessary to snatch the book back!”. She says “I didnt snatch it” while still signing my document and her head down.I was pissed because why the need for attitude and piss poor customer service when it’s uncalled for? I came in the store with a pleasant attitude and was patient given how busy they were.I will never return to this location again.Fix your attitudes in this location because there a lot of people on edge these days with the way the economy is going.People will snap!!
