    Ever since the migration to Primo I have had nothing but issues. It has gotten so bad my last delivery (October 7) never showed and no one reached out to me. I finally went to the app to see what was going and my recurring deliveries were cancelled. When I went to resume them, seeing as though I never turned them off, the price was higher than normal. I even get a message stating my delivery is on the way with a time window and nothing. No notice of cancelling or rescheduling until I call. I have spoken to customer service multiple times and all they do is apologize but then the next month there is another issue. I have had ReadyRefresh for over 2 years and never had to call. I have called Primo more times in the last few months than in the last couple of years combined. I tried to extend grace due to merging but this is unacceptable. Something needs to change or customers will be leaving.

    I have nothing but issues since I signed up for the service back in May. I never got one deliver. Promises no water. Scheduled but no water. Canceled the service in July. Signed up again mid July water was to be delivered 2nd Tuesday in August. No water. Nothing. Finally got water 30th August. Next DELIVERY 10 14. No water. Not paying Primo and have to buy water to. They missed the 21st and they are scheduled for today. Customer service nice but no good I have spoken to them numerous times. Today again I have been told the water is on the truck. They suck right now until I see consistency. Or. My have to just cancel again. 🥲

    We have been getting this delivery service for a long time. The delivery is erratic and often does not come. The customer service is nonexistent. Trying to contact Primo by phone is awful. We cannot get a live person. I have sent two email messages and had no reply. We cancelled.

    I WISH I CAN GIVE A NO STAR- This company does not respect your money or time. There is no integrity. Drivers lie about pick ups and drop offs. Supervisors nor anyone above holds anyone accountable. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I have scheduled a pick up for empty gallons and have received an email confirming their services to have been COMPLETED. LIES! I came home to empty gallons again and again! Just for the supervisor (Mike) to tell me today to just throw the gallons away. SMH

    I have contacted ReadyRefresh/Primo Brands on multiple occasions during the last couple of months attempting to return a water jug dispenser that I am renting along with 5 water jugs. Every time I contact customer service they tell me someone will be out to pick up my equipment. The pick up date has changed 5 times and til this day no one has came out to pick up my equipment. I informed the customer service rep that I am moving soon and I need this equipment picked up asap. I do not recommend anyone doing business with this company, they are very unprofessional. I have since closed my account and blocked them from attempting to charge my bank. Hopefully that will get them to send someone out to pick up their equipment.
