  I was having trouble faxing my documents Miss Glenda the store manager went above and beyond with making sure the fax went through ans assisting me. I truly appreciate her. I also witnessed her helping other customers and training other staff members. She is very professional and such a kind person. I live in waldorf but I will definitely be coming here for all of my fax/mailing needs. FedEx you hired a good one !

  If you do business here understand anything other than dropping off a package will cost you a “full service” charge of an additional $2.50 even though you’re already paying for whatever it is you’re there for. Do yourself a favor and invest in a printer on Amazon for $50-$60 it’ll pay for itself within a year’s time.

  My girl said one of the ladies behind the counter cussed her out for correcting her on the address because the lady and can’t read and didn’t type it properly. I won’t be taking this lightly she better watch her back 🥷

  Visited this place earlier today and I can tell there's a new manager but not in a good way, there was one person working the front while she sat in the back eventhough there was a few customers ahead of me. This Is Not how the old manager Jason runs this store he's super attentive and knowledgeable but also INVOLVED with the operations in the store. I can certainly tell she's never been in management before, I know everyone has to start somewhere but yikes ... send her back and let the real manager manage !!!!

  I sent different packages to both of my brothers. Verified the shipments with the rep. My brother's received the wrong packages. It has been a nightmare ever since. Talked to store manager, still waiting for resolution.
