  I bought a phone from T-Mobile and chose to have it delivered to a UPS store because I wouldn’t be home to receive and sign for it. I even paid the $7.99 fee specifically so I could pick it up safely at the store later that afternoon. When I arrived to pick up my package, the attendant told me that someone had already picked it up at afternoon. I NEVER authorized anyone to do that. She said that someone supposedly put me on the phone and that I “gave permission,” which is not true because I was working at that time . Now they don’t gimme any updates , never called me , don’t talk about refunds . ANYTHING. They have to pay me $1k and thru communication is extremely poor .

  This ups store is the best ive ever dealt with. The poor reviews are just a reflection of poor perspective. Even when I had issues they did what they could to help. They're kind and hard working. Im military ive been all over dealing with ups drop locations, When I leave ill miss this one.

  Wow, just stopped by and got the best customer support with my questions for returning a pkg to the vendor. It was USPS return label and young female rep said I could post it with them but I would not get a receipt. However, the Rex was a post office just down the street. Also, I needed tape to seal the box and attach the return label. The rep took care of all that for me. Incredibly helpful and kind. Will always use this UPS store when in the area and will recommend to friends and family. Thank you to the fantastic staff.

  I visited this UPS Store to complete a pre-selected Amazon drop-off and was really disappointed by the experience. As soon as I walked in, there was an off-leash dog roaming freely around the store. I’m not comfortable around dogs, and it immediately put me on edge—especially when the dog walked up to me and started sniffing my legs while I was trying to check in my package. This is still a franchise business, so I didn’t expect a pet to be loose in the customer area and customers shouldn’t have to navigate someone’s dog in order to complete a simple shipment. It felt unprofessional, unsanitary, and honestly avoidable. I hope the location considers keeping animals secured, because it can make some customers feel uneasy. I won’t be returning to this location

  Extraordinarily rude staff. I was making a Amazon return and they also were charging $3 to print off shipping labels although shipping is free and paid for by Amazon as they are a Amazon drop off location. Will be reporting to Amazon. This location is disappointing.
