- ACashley cookSep 7, 20241.0This location is by far the worst. The employees that work at this location could care less about their jobs. During my most recent visit to this location, as I walked in the door, I could hear an employee yelling from the back Of the facility. I’m still not sure of who she was talking to since no one was responding to her. There were other people waiting to be serviced when I walked in and I can tell that they were all uncomfortable.. When she finally made her way back to the service counter, she was still furious about whatever happened prior to me, walking into the service area and proceeded to service everyone with that attitude. She went on about how she hated her job, hated the day and didn’t care that she was making other people uncomfortable. I hoped that someone from the back would come out and assist other customers, but it seems that she was the only employee working in the front on this particular day. I only had a question and to to surprise my question was serviced with an attitude and insulting remarks as I exited the post office. This young lady has zero understanding of what working in customer service means. She had very short bleach blonde hair and was dark skin. If I See her behind the service desk, I will immediately turn around and walk out the door and drive to another location for better service. I understand that everyone has bad days. That is no excuse to treat people that had nothing to do with whatever issues you are having that day poorly.
