- MSMarj SmithAug 8, 20191.0I have nothing positive to say about the service at this post office. Staff is rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Not to mention per their policy, they will not deliver packages to your house if your driveway is more then a half mile. Also guaranteed overnight or set delivery time ... oh well guess you get your money back because they took three days on an overnight package. And complaining does no good because they have the “oh well” attitude and do not actually provide a service.

I have been asked to fill a online survey of customer service that was not a valid link. I have called a P.O. to have a pic for passport and they told me the camera was broke to go to CVS for they had no time line on repair.I can not have packages delivered to my home for what ever reason depending on the day and who you ask. I dont get notifications on delivery attempts with mail sitting in the P.O. . Now I have a package from MD to CO and it is bouncing around the us from east to west to south to who knows next.It is a no brainier to see why the P.O. can not support its self with this type of management.
