This lady is always ALWAYS on the phone (she has headphones in her ears), talking all day to whoever. Also she is a lot of times late (in the morning & after lunch).
USPS should look for someone who actually wants to work and not chit chat with her friends while customers are in the building. Nothing wrong talk to someone on the phone or be online BUT put that phone away when a customer walks in!
Also she is not the friendliest person. It’s like she is annoyed if there is a question and never actually wants to help or answer questions.
Also when there is a transaction, SHE HERSELF TOUCHES THE PAD AND GIVES HERSELF 5 STARS 😂🤪. As a customer you can’t even press just 1 star like she doesn’t deserve (she needs MINUS BUTTON 🫠)

I dont know why I even graced this with 1 star? The store hours say they open at 9am. It's 9:15am and still no one. A man that is waiting with me does daily pick ups here. I asked him if this is normal and he said, "Yeah, sometimes she doesn't open the door until 9:30am." How is this acceptable?

I am giving a star for the fact that this post office is conveniently located and easy to find. It also gets a star for not having a long line in the middle of the day. That is where the stars stop though! There was 1 lady working the counter. I was the only customer when I walked in. I stood for a moment at the “stand here” marker on the floor, as she was on the phone when I walked in. After a moment, I realized this was a personal call she was on. She finally “waved” me to the counter. I had to place each of my packages on the scale for her, because she was busy with her phone call (talking about personal relationships). I paid (was never asked how I would like my one package shipped that was not in a priority box). She never wavered from her phone call. Handed me the receipt, and said nothing to me. This was probably the rudest post office employee I have ever encountered. Absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. I expected much better on a military installation.
I am writing this post as I sit in the parking lot of the post office. Since I came out, 4 other cars have pulled in. I hope she was able to put her phone down long enough to help them at least.
