- EIEve IourikovaSep 18, 20251.0This lady is always ALWAYS on the phone (she has headphones in her ears), talking all day to whoever. Also she is a lot of times late (in the morning & after lunch). USPS should look for someone who actually wants to work and not chit chat with her friends while customers are in the building. Nothing wrong talk to someone on the phone or be online BUT put that phone away when a customer walks in! Also she is not the friendliest person. It’s like she is annoyed if there is a question and never actually wants to help or answer questions. Also when there is a transaction, SHE HERSELF TOUCHES THE PAD AND GIVES HERSELF 5 STARS 😂🤪. As a customer you can’t even press just 1 star like she doesn’t deserve (she needs MINUS BUTTON 🫠)

A man that is waiting with me does daily pick ups here. I asked him if this is normal and he said, "Yeah, sometimes she doesn't open the door until 9:30am." How is this acceptable?
