- AAAkiraJan 3, 20263.0The good: Today, I got a lady that was very polite and professional to handle multiple services that I requested very efficiently The bad: They never answer the phone and don’t return voicemails. Certain employees provide very slow service. One incompetent guy spent more than 20 minutes assisting a customer for shipping one box! In the meantime the line more than doubled in size. How can this be acceptable?? At the very least, he was polite and apologized for the wait
