- PKPreet KaulDec 20, 20251.0Wrost expeeicence i took my 2 weeks baby with me to do her pasport aplication i did photo and whole aplication my husband send me attested concern form from usa embassy i made appointment lady was too rude she refuse to takr consern form because the usa consulate officer made stamp on form she said everything suppose to be blue i ask again stamp suppose to be black because my country stamp is. Blue the deny the usa counsolate attested form i called back to embassy they said it suppose to be taken try at another place . And i did the same thing with same form at another post office and she accept it and i got my pasport with in 4 weeks . It was cold an i sufferd with my little one because of the exexperienced staff. I would never recomend to go there with your child pasport. Try somewhere els .

Why was I not notified of the issue when I made the appointment the previous day? (They have not provided a response)

This is my local post office but I RARELY visit this one because of these reasons. I make the extra trip and visit Riverdale's where I get MUCH better friendly customer services. Today's visit was no different. After TRYING to drop off a package to be Mailed, it ended in a shouting match between me, the employee, and the supervisor. This branch needs to be closed!!
