This is my local post office but I RARELY visit this one because of these reasons. I make the extra trip and visit Riverdale's where I get MUCH better friendly customer services. Today's visit was no different. After TRYING to drop off a package to be Mailed, it ended in a shouting match between me, the employee, and the supervisor. This branch needs to be closed!!

- ASachie sandraJun 10, 20251.0My experience was terrible and disgusting. The lady with glasses was so rude and disrespectful to me after waiting for more than 40mins. Even the supervisor lady was very rude yesterday when I came in. My appointment was initially yesterday but I came in early and the lady told me they did not have any more application forms. So I asked her if I could go print and come and she said I will need to reschedule. Why in the world will you run out of application form. Overall this place is not welcoming. The only person that was nice there was the guy who was calming me down. He has dreadlocks. He is very patient, knowledgeable and a wealth of experience. The ladies need to be placed on special courses to enhance their customer service experience and management skills. If you see the ladies runnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn!
