- MMMasoudFeb 23, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at this neighborhood post office while applying for a passport. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment as recommended. There was only one person ahead of me, and another employee was visibly on a personal phone call, ignoring customers today 2/23/26. It took about five minutes for her to acknowledge me. When she finally called me to the window, she continued speaking on speakerphone while assisting me. Her tone was rude and dismissive. She threw one of my documents back at me saying, “Why do I have this in here? That’s not how this works,” without giving me a chance to explain. The interaction felt rushed, unprofessional, and disrespectful. The building may be outdated, but customer service is what truly matters. Unfortunately, the service here was unacceptable. Based on this experience, I understand why the location has such low ratings. I hope management addresses these issues because no customer deserves to be treated this way.

- PKPreet KaulDec 20, 20251.0Wrost expeeicence i took my 2 weeks baby with me to do her pasport aplication i did photo and whole aplication my husband send me attested concern form from usa embassy i made appointment lady was too rude she refuse to takr consern form because the usa consulate officer made stamp on form she said everything suppose to be blue i ask again stamp suppose to be black because my country stamp is. Blue the deny the usa counsolate attested form i called back to embassy they said it suppose to be taken try at another place . And i did the same thing with same form at another post office and she accept it and i got my pasport with in 4 weeks . It was cold an i sufferd with my little one because of the exexperienced staff. I would never recomend to go there with your child pasport. Try somewhere els .
