- DSDavid da SilvaAug 30, 20251.0"I had a very disappointing experience at this post office due to the unprofessional behavior of an employee named Shamoya. She was rude and unhelpful when I asked about processing a Certificate of Mailing. It was clear that she didn’t know how to handle the request, but instead of offering assistance or finding someone who could, she became defensive and dismissive. I have the incident recorded on my phone as proof of how I was treated. Management needs to take these complaints seriously—there are numerous one-star reviews for a reason. This level of service is unacceptable, and I hope they address the issue." She refused several times to sign the Certificate of Mailing form where it clearly says postal employee she gave me the form back and stated "I'm not signing it you sign it" Employee Shamoya stated several times to me if you "don't like it you can go somewhere else. It's very obvious that she has an issue dealing with Hispanics customers.

- ZAZ AJul 12, 20191.0DON'T GO to this post office, check the reviews. I cannot believe the older -mid 50s?- African American woman is still working there after being such a threat to the public! She should be fired or retained as some mentioned in their comments. So I was one of many that had not only a nightmare experience but also threatening experience. She was extremely aggressive after I asked a question to another teller who was assisting me (younger lady), when this older woman jumped in and out of nowhere started yelling at me, telling me to go somewhere else and started insulting and harassing me, she even threatened me to call the cops if I did not leave - completely out of proportion and uncalled for. She clearly has some type of anger issue not to mention she is not mentally well. She SHOULD NOT be working with the public. It turns out that both tellers didn't provide me with the correct information- they either did not know their job and are incompetent or didn't feel like working. Another post office gave me the right info and did their job.

I was sending a certified letter and when I took the form up to the window, the woman told me to attach the forms to the envelop myself. "I should have read the instructions." I felt like saying now I can work here too but she was intimidating and I heard she threatened people. I was afraid she might tear up my letter after I left.
