I’ve been here a couple times and the guy in the front Vincent is pretty rude or atleast not friendly. I even said “hello , how are you?” And no response. The whole transaction not a word was said. This isn’t the first time that has happened. I understand having a bad day but this seems to be common.

The postal clerk an african man Vincent has been very rude and unprofessional to me. Though I was next in line for service, he made me get out of line so that another customer could be serviced before me.

I’ve used this post office several times knowing that I won’t get the best service, but today the staff was so disrespectful that I won’t be returning. (Which is unfortunately exactly what these employees want). There was a sign at the counter that indicated a system was down and only cash transactions could happen. We asked to drop off a pre labeled package and get a receipt for the tracking number. Zebedee cuts us off and scolds us saying “we can’t print those, that’s why the sign is up, the sign says no receipts”. We let Zebedee know that the sign does not say anything about receipts, which is why we asked to drop off the package. She continued to assert that the sign says “no receipts”. At this point, we tell her to have a good day and start to leave and she continues to make inaudible remarks to us that we can only assume are negative based on her tone. It’s just not worth it to go to this location and be talked to like that. Just go to Riverdale where they are much more professional.
