I became so concerned that I had to call the police just to retrieve what was already mine. It was a complete nightmare, and no customer should ever go through that. I would strongly recommend staying away from this location.

She specifically told me to buy the most expensive bag in the store for a return that was already properly packed in a box. This unnecessary recommendation cost me an extra $7. It’s not about the money — it’s about ethics and the fact that customers shouldn’t be pushed into buying things they don’t need.

- KKKRNov 7, 20251.0I've had the worst experience with owning a PO Box at the UPS Hyattsville store. Nearly 7 months ago, I closed my PO Box and requested a mail transfer to my home address. As of today, my mail continues to be sent to the store. USPS stated that UPS must set up the mail transfer but the UPS store owner has repeatedly stated that she isn't familiar with their electronic system to set up the transfer. She been unhelpful in resolving this matter! I have escalated the matter to her Regional Director who is also unhelpful. I warn all persons to not open a PO Box at this location.
