    This place is horrible !!! I was sitting at the computer and printing section for over an hour just to be told I would be unable to print & still got charged for time on the computer. I received absolutely no answers to any of my questions that I had for the store associate. He was no help at all and also caught an attitude with another customer next to me. This place sucks !

    Came to do a special print job, my kid is turning 12 in a couple days. The guy sitting at the print center says he can’t help me there is no associate available. He’s ‘just there as a decoy’ he tells me. I traveled 45 min for this. Didn’t know I needed to call ahead…

    We've just started selling some things on eBay and found we woefully underestimated the weight of them (costing us more money in shipping - Yikes!). We went to Staples to get a scale and they had a variety of them available. The cashier pointed us right to them and we were done in just a few minutes. Glad we didn't want for some other vendor to mail us one - we got home and realized one of our 1 pound packages actually weighed 3 pounds.
