- EKErica KnippFeb 25, 20191.0don’t waste your time calling this ridiculous 800 number that ask you to stay on the line with a 2 1/2 minute reason why you should leave your opinion on the United States Postal Service. We all know that our survey doesn’t matter because the people at the post office don’t even care that they suck so why would we waste our time staying on the line after getting nothing accomplished while calling their ridiculous 800 number. The 800-number will not give you any additional information that the website will not give you by putting in the tracking number. They will refer you to the website or to download that app. That is it. DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER UNLESS YOU FEEL LIKE WASTING YOUR TIME; BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT GOING TO HELP YOU.
