- MWMelanie Weeks5 days ago1.0They consistently deliver my packages to the wrong address. I’ve called multiple times and it continues to happen. It happened again today, it says the package was delivered in our mailbox. There was only mail. Since it’s Saturday afternoon, now they’re not open and I’m having to call and text my neighbors looking for the package. I could see this happening on occasion but it’s a regular occurrence and the mailbox numbers are very bold.

I was trying to ship an item and simply asked for a basic address label, but was told “we don’t do that here” and that I either needed a QR code or had to purchase a flat-rate envelope. I’ve never encountered a post office that doesn’t provide address slips, so this was both confusing and frustrating. Unfortunately, no effort was made to be helpful or explain alternatives. I’ve had much better service and a far more professional experience at the Great Mills Post Office.
