I called Harwood and they were kind enough to take my appointment the SAME DAY!!! I am so grateful for their kindness and patience with my situation. They were familiar with the other guest picking up mail and packages, as I observed, calling them by name. It was so pleasant to visit. It was 20 mins away from my home, but it was worth the drive! Special thanks to Cindy who allowed me to come over the same da y!

I had already been turned away from 6 (yes SIX) other offices, but the lady at Harwood took us right in (I think her name was Sunday?). She was amazing and so, so, so patient because I had forgotten to get a photo copy of my ex-husband’s ID. Definitely received A++ service from her which is a rarity at any retail store these days. Thank you!!!!
