The old lady at the counter told me (with tons of attitude) that their systems were hit or miss and to try another usps store, without even trying. She was actively helping others in line though so guessing she was just lazy and trying to get people to leave?

I came home yesterday and checked my emails and it said my packaged was hand delivered to a resident. My husband is deployed at the moment my son is 3 years old and then it’s MYSELF! I know damn well I didn’t receive a package from no one because I was not home. The mail carrier never entered my yard because I have a camera in the front of my house and I never seen anyone come into the yard. The mail carrier handed my package off to someone WITHOUT checking there ID and now 4 of my son Christmas gifts have been stolen because the mail carrier did not do their job appropriately !!!! I have been trying to call this post office all morning but the phone is disconnected!
