The ladies at the Hampstead post office spent their time double-checking to make sure that they didn't have the package. Thanks to their help I was able to figure out it was an issue with Etsy. I felt so bad that they went to all that effort. I am really grateful that they were able to help me figure everything out. Really kind folks.
- JCJohn chisholmDec 31, 20241.0Our new mail carrier is pure lazy. she will not get out the mail truck for anything. This picture is just one of many things jammed in my mail box. If she can't jam it in I seen her raise the red flag to hold a box on top and the most she will do is leave it by garage door yes even in the rain cause she won't walk a few steps more to put on covered porch. The Post Matser for our area really needs to address this poor service and also the law rating of the post office in hampstead too.

I'm downgrading my review from 5 star to 2 star - they left an expensive computer tablet hanging on my mailbox on the road. Would never have known it was there because it's far away and blocked by trees. My neighbor called to tell me he had seen a package. So today I went to the Hampstead Post Office to complain and was told by an adamant employee whom I had never seen before that the Post Office NEVER did this - they did. Guess he doesn't have a clue!
