- SSSidneyNov 3, 20251.0Constantly delivering packages to the wrong house, has left my gate open to my yard multiple times. And if you try to complain about the gate being left open the mail person will just claim the race card and blatantly LIE and say you called them a racial slur. Do your job right and close people’s gates and there won’t be issues!!! Management sided with said mail carrier and have opted to hold my mail. This is INSANE

I am a wheelchair user and there was no van accessible loading zone and no curb cutouts at all for my wheelchair. None of the doors had buttons to automatically open.
