I would definitely not recommend using this post office as she was given crap for her mailbox being on a different street. Will never ever call these people for another problem ever again!!

When I tried to contact the manager at United States Postal Service Halethorpe, one of the employees gave me Kim’s number. I called him multiple times, but he never answered and called me back. No one is taking accountability. My package appears to be lost, and it contains many important documents. No one is making an effort to help me track or locate it.

- SSSidneyNov 3, 20251.0Constantly delivering packages to the wrong house, has left my gate open to my yard multiple times. And if you try to complain about the gate being left open the mail person will just claim the race card and blatantly LIE and say you called them a racial slur. Do your job right and close people’s gates and there won’t be issues!!! Management sided with said mail carrier and have opted to hold my mail. This is INSANE
