Our platform is dedicated to offering premium art prints of the highest quality. To maintain our museum-quality standards, we exclusively feature images digitized by Archival Arts Inc. using our advanced equipment. While most photography and digital art do not meet our stringent requirements, we may consider exceptions for vector digital art and photographs captured with cameras of 80 megapixels or higher resolution.
When will I receive my order?
Paper prints are typically processed and dispatched within three business days. Canvas prints requiring mounting or stretching may take up to five days, depending on size. Framing services add an additional three to five business days to the processing time. For specific delivery date requests, please contact us. Rush order fees may be applicable.
I am not happy with my order, what can I do?
While all sales are final, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied due to damage, defects, or discrepancies in your order, please contact us promptly. We will provide options to address your concerns as swiftly as possible. For transit-related damage, we kindly request photographic evidence to facilitate our claim process. Please note that we cannot replace prints damaged after delivery due to accidents or negligence. We recommend referring to our care instructions to prevent damage to your prints.
How long will my prints last?
When properly cared for, our prints can endure for a lifetime. Paper prints should be professionally matted and framed under glass, kept away from direct sunlight, and displayed in climate-controlled environments to maintain their quality. Canvas prints can have similar longevity under the same conditions. It's advisable to avoid placing canvas prints near HVAC vents, as temperature fluctuations may cause loosening or rippling.
What inks and media do you use?
We utilize Epson Ultrachrome inks for all our prints. Our watercolor paper is Qua Forte 320gsm, 100% cotton rag cold press. For canvas prints, we use Epson Exhibition canvas, while smooth matte prints are produced on Lexjet Premium Archival Matte paper.
What if I want a print size the website doesn't offer?
We welcome inquiries regarding custom print sizes. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements. We can accommodate various custom options, provided the artist consents to the request.
