Next time direct me to the binding machine and I’ll do your entire job for you, at least then I know it would be done correctly the first time

Very convenient for that but the employee didn't have to have an attitude to say hey we no longer give drop off receipts. If that's the policy that's great but don't basically tell me off and tell them that that was done as a courtesy. I have no idea how policies run with Staples I don't work for them and now I really don't feel like ever shopping with them in the future. I understand we all have bad days but that's no reason to take it out on me.
