- JJJuicyDec 26, 20251.0Not receiving any Christmas cards from Family. Expecting at least 4 and I see the photos on informed delivery yet nothing has come. My parents card was returned to sender. What the hell is going on with usps??? Several times over had packages/cards stolen. This is ridiculous

I went both and person and spent 11 hours calling trying to get an actual answer without endless ringing and it just hanging up on me due to no answer, to solve a problem with mail being held. Now half of my packages have been resent to sender for Christmas and all they could tell me was get a refund. When they are the ones who messed up and then couldn’t answer. You guys ruined my families Christmas. Thanks for nothing.
- RRRenDec 10, 20251.0Several international shipments LOST they didn’t even scan it in so we couldn’t file a proper claim!! We had to wait a whole 30 days from the expected delivery date, and even then it’s taking weeks to file a claim and we are disputing it because it was still closed due to “usps not receiving the item so it’s out of our hands” when you DID receive the item. Scan your packages properly!!!

It is now December 1, 2025 and I have yet to receive any pieces of my mail that is pictured and sent to me on my informed delivery because of the carrier I don’t know what the issue is here but I hope they get it figured out otherwise that carrier Really needs to step Up doing his job either purely or he’s not reading the names on the mailboxes as they require us to put in there. Makes no sense. so now I gotta figure out how I’m gonna get my $1500 check! 1 star nothing more! Not to mention, I’ve been dealing with this post office for several of years now and not once have they been able to get it right. What’s the point of putting in the paperwork if they’re not putting it in the system? Very disappointed!!
