- GBGwendolyn BerryOct 11, 20251.0Here lately my deliveries no matter where they come from, have been getting messages that my items/items are being held at the post office at customer's request and I'm like what the heck?! I did not authorize that request so why are they doing this?! It delays my items being delivered and I did not give any permission for them to hold it at the post office! So annoying and ridiculous! Has anyone else had this problem lately?

- MMMoeMay 14, 20241.0Absolutely terrible service! Would not recommend anyone go here. I had an appointment set up to get a passport for my daughter and I. The lady was mad because my 1 month old daughter was sleeping!! I was waking her up and the lady proceeded to be angry and clap her hands obnoxiously loud. She continued with an attitude and when I asked her what her problem was and told her we could go somewhere else to get the passport she threatened to pepper spray me with my daughter in my hands. Smh! I am so disgusted.
