Got a notification that my package came heavier than the label (noted I have a scale for packages at home and the package wasn't even 3 pounds and the product inside the box was sensitive and easily could've been destroyed). So they caused the weight of my package to increase BY 10 POUNDS! Not only that, they crushed the item I had shipped out because of whatever they put in there that was heavy. It was a bucket. They crushed it and I had to hear from my customer that it was crushed. Never using UPS, or at least not this location. If I wanted stuff that I sold to be destroyed and I lose all my money, I'd go another route. But UPS will not have my business again after this stunt.

So a lot of times when I needed to print my label they didn’t charge anything when next I came I needed to print a label I didn’t bring my wallet on me because I thought they print it for free they never asked me to pay when I printed some thing all the other times but this time this woman told me I don’t know her name she said we charge a fee for printing which they never asked for all the other times and I didn’t brought my wallet because they wouldn’t ask for like all those times so I explained her the situation she just stood there and looked me straight in the eye I tried explaining it to another employee she just walked out the store and ignored me the stuff doesn’t have any good customer service skills at all and are extremely disrespectful.
