He consistently puts packages on a porch right off of the road. No driveway. You can tell we never use the door. I have called FedEx many times. They said they put it in the notes to stop leaving packages at this particular door. I was expecting a starlink starter kit yesterday so I placed a sign on the porch asking if the FedEx driver could pull in the driveway and place the package on my carport. I watched Tucker pull up to the normal spot that I've asked repeatedly not to drop packages. He read my sign, put the package back in the truck and continued to pull away about an hour later he pulled in my driveway, delivered a package, took a picture of it, walked away left. I go outside to retrieve the package. It's damaged the outside of the box. I bring it in the house. Take pictures. I open it. The satellite dish is cracked in half. I have called and called and nobody is returning my call. I filled out a claim. I still have heard nothing getting the runaround and I'm pissed. Tucker took a picture where he left the package but guess what Tucker didn't do include the package in the picture. If I could give zero Stars I sure would.
