- AGAdiam GebrehiwotJan 5, 20263.0I went in to ship an item on 1/4 but I needed to print the return label. I expected a cost to print the label but $3 for a sheet of paper is frankly ridiculous. When I first walked in, a taller light skinned man at the desk said he could help me. I walked up and said “Hi. How are you?” and he didn’t answer. Weird. So I moved on and told him what I was there for. He told me to email my label so they can print it. Ok. I go to send the email from my phone and he walks away and starts doing other tasks. I’m thinking maybe he is just giving it a minute or two for the email to come through and he’ll print the paper and come back but he never returns to finish helping me. After a few minutes, the younger (maybe Hispanic?) guy who had been helping other customers asked me if everything was ok and I told him I emailed the label to be printed out so he apologized for the wait and he finished my transaction. He was very sweet and his customer service was great. Not sure what was up with the first guy.
