  I went in to ship an item on 1/4 but I needed to print the return label. I expected a cost to print the label but $3 for a sheet of paper is frankly ridiculous. When I first walked in, a taller light skinned man at the desk said he could help me. I walked up and said “Hi. How are you?” and he didn’t answer. Weird. So I moved on and told him what I was there for. He told me to email my label so they can print it. Ok. I go to send the email from my phone and he walks away and starts doing other tasks. I’m thinking maybe he is just giving it a minute or two for the email to come through and he’ll print the paper and come back but he never returns to finish helping me. After a few minutes, the younger (maybe Hispanic?) guy who had been helping other customers asked me if everything was ok and I told him I emailed the label to be printed out so he apologized for the wait and he finished my transaction. He was very sweet and his customer service was great. Not sure what was up with the first guy.

  Great employees—always pleasant and efficient!! I don’t ever remember walking in and not being acknowledged, either with a kind word or a friendly smile. Even when the place is busy you feel like you’re just as important as the person that they’re working with directly. They appreciate the fact that you’re there because you have other options available to you.

They are courteous, respectful, and hardworking, even in bad weather or during busy seasons. You can tell they take pride in their work. Customer service has also been helpful whenever I had questions, and they handled everything professionally. Overall, UPS is a company I trust. Their consistency, organization, and commitment to service really stand out. I would definitely recommend UPS to anyone looking for a reliable shipping and delivery service.

  Drove 30 minutes to this store, refused to print with my flash drive. Wasted my time, couldn’t make accommodations.
