- MPMig PJun 13, 20251.0This is the WORST company merger EVER. My May order was rescheduled to June 2 and has been rescheduled & rescheduled & rescheduled & rescheduled..... Looks like I can expect a delivery from 'primo' in July possibly. Oh, and they have attempted to charge me for items NEVER RECEIVED. ReadyRefresh please come back or atleast take the wheel. Cause whoever is currently running things is going to dry up your customer pool.

We haven’t got our water all of May 2025 and yet they still charged us and we decided to cancel our service yet they haven’t picked up the machine so we can get our deposit back. The hold on the phone average is one hour. Goto Drink more water if you want reliable service
