- SSSDCJabcDec 5, 20253.0The customer service at this location has always been professional and friendly to me. This is about the driver: I was supposed to receive a package at my home and it wasn't delivered. I had to go to the office to retrieve it. There was no clear explanation as to why my package wasn't delivered to me except maybe the driver "didn't feel comfortable." I've always received my packages. Since when does it depend on the driver's feelings as to whether s/he delivers a package or not (that was PAID to be delivered)?

She greeted me immediately and prevented me from buying an unnecessary envelope (one came free with my express label). She was just really kind throughout the transaction and I felt at ease sending my important papers in her care. It’s the little things. Thank you, Barbara! :)
