- NLNovlet LynApr 6, 20221.0Today, I received the worst possible service from the Glenn Dale Post Office, where I was yelled at, disrespected, and humiliated. I stopped by at approximately 3:15 pm; there were already 2 people in the central area, so I opened the door, poked my head in, and inquired whether they were still observing the 2 people in the central area rule. The postal clerk name CHUNG interrupted and YELLED, "get out, you are not to be in here, get out." I was shocked that people with this behavior are on the frontline in a professional/government entity. Another coworker, Jennifer apologized for my experience and one of the other customers commented on CHUNG'S disrespectful behavior. Such behavior is unacceptable and should not be allowed from customers or staff. Please address this urgently so that NO other customer will endure such rudeness and disrespect.

It was not only dingy -looking, the lady postal worker on duty 7/6/2021 was rude and totally not helpful to someone who was new to postal services. She'd interrupt and snap at the customer's clarificatory questions! Lady, get another job where you aren't dealing with customers!
