    I came to the shop, I got the packaging material, I gave the address, paid, got tracking number and left. Took me overall less than a couple of minutes. I feel every step was important and took minimal effort.

    I've held a box at this location for almost 10 years. The staff is always friendly and accommodating when answering questions or assisting with mailing/receiving packages. I've even utilized them as a notary, which was very easy. The store is always clean and organized, providing a welcoming atmosphere. I can always rest assured that my packages are safe and ready for pick-up.

    Somehow this ups location nows nothing about UPS or how it works and just says call support for all of my questions. They only exist to hold your packages.

    Customer service leaves a LOT to be desired. When approaching the male cashier, you're just stared at with a totally blank look, no--Hi, no--Can I Help You, no--nothing. I wanted to buy a box or padded envelope & asked if I needed to pay for it before putting my items in it. He just stares at me, pauses & says yes, then says no. I asked a few questions to make sure I package & label it correctly to which I still get stared at like the lights are on but no one's home. He then says he'll have to print a label. He made me feel so uncomfortable with his body language & like such a bother the entire 4 minutes i was in there. I'm from out of town, Customer Service at my usual UPS in P.A. is on point, they always are happy to help. I've never written a review so for me to take the time to do this, it was an awful & demeaning experience!! I hope "C" eventually finds a job he's happy with or learns how to interact with people. I don't expect much from people but when I need super simple, quick help & it's like pulling teeth, I'd rather not revisit there again.
