- HRHannah RichardsonMar 7, 20251.0I ordered a piece of furniture through Sam's club and chose a delivery date. Took off work for that date, tracking number said it would be that date and these guys never showed.check it again and now it says a week later but it's at the depot in my town. So I email them and get a response saying g they couldn't get it on the truck that morning. Okay? So why wasn't I informed in the morning. Now I have to take a second day off work. This company has terrible customer service and does not update tracking properly.
