  Alert the store does not follow online hours posted. Eeverybody in here is typically very nice this is not a reflection on the employees. However people are too busy to be driving out of their way to get to your store based on the hours you post online only to find your store closed. Your website says 5:00 p.m. Google search research results say 5:00 p.m.. little tiny print on your door says 4:00 p.m.. Pulled up at 4:45, in fact raced here and skipped other errands to get here before your stated online close time, only to find the doors locked. Easily 10 people have made the same mistake while I am sitting here, everyone thinks you're open till 5:00 because despite that tiny print posted below eye level in a side window, not even on your front door everyone else also believes you are open until 5:00 p.m.. Please correct your google business profile and website nobody has time and gas to waste on these highways.

  This was one of the most incompetent and unprofessional retail service experiences I have ever encountered. My husband paid $32 for Priority Next Day shipping at this UPS Store. Tracking showed no movement whatsoever. When we called the store, the employee who answered was dismissive, condescending, and falsely stated that the issue was “not their responsibility,” incorrectly blaming the post office, despite the package being shipped UPS, not USPS. Days later, when my husband went to the store in person, the package was found sitting in a bin on the floor, completely unprocessed. I personally returned to the store and saw it myself, at the bottom of a pile, exactly where it had been left the entire time. The same employee who provided the misinformation over the phone stood there speechless while another staff member retrieved the package immediately and apologized repeatedly. That employee confirmed we would receive a refund. Charging customers for next-day service, failing to ship the package at all, lying about responsibility, and showing zero accountability is unacceptable and negligent. This is not a minor mistake it is a fundamental breakdown of basic operations. This location should not be trusted with time-sensitive or important shipments.

  They are a very busy store, but everyone is very pleasant and helpful and despite sometimes having large lines, do you make you feel rushed to do your transaction. And I LOVE the self service machine!!!! Best idea EVER!

  This place is a hit or miss, some staff act professional, others clearly don’t. Whatever happened to simply greeting customers? And having phone conversations or texting while serving people, or conversating with each other while attending to the customer is just unprofessional and unacceptable.

  Worst service i ever see in my life. The tall black guy playing music even not talk to me about my order giving me attitude why men i even not know you. I just come to return.I don’t know how and why these people getting job for very bad service and giving attitude to community people.thank to my mom who gives me good manners & told me to be good person & what ever you do son do from ur heart ❤️ or don’t do🙏🏻
