Beware. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a USPS location. - ike beware From the moment I walked in to ship my package, the clerk (Ike) was hostile and confrontational. She criticized how I had secured my package, forced me to open it, and then refused to provide tape to reseal it. Her tone was rude and aggressive throughout the interaction. After the transaction, I left a less-than-perfect review. She immediately looked at it, confronted me about why I didn’t give her a higher rating, and began raising her voice at me in front of a full line of customers. It was humiliating and completely unprofessional. When I said I was going to document the situation, she told me it was illegal to record her and then physically grabbed my phone, yanking it out of my hands. We both had hold of it as she pulled forcefully. It was shocking and completely inappropriate behavior from a USPS employee. I filed a complaint with the manager, but nothing meaningful was done beyond a brief apology. I have never experienced this level of aggression and unprofessionalism at a post office before. Customers should feel safe and respected — not harassed.

I believe he name was Seon at the counter she was rude and kept repeating over and over “I don’t know what to do” “I don’t know what to do” added charges I’ve never paid before while mailing a letter and look confused about how to do her job. Very weird experience I can see why this post office has a poor rating.
