He said we don’t scans and give receipts I asked multiple times but he refused to give me receipt. I took my parcel and went to other usps store and got the receipt. I will complain to customer service about this unprofessional behavior.

I requested a key change for my mailbox two months ago and still haven’t received a resolution. I’ve asked every week to pick up my mail at the agency, and they never have it, which means they lost my correspondence from two months ago. I spoke with the manager, and he just says someone will contact me, but that never happens. Really terrible service."

- ALAlan LSep 3, 20221.0First of all, even though this is the post office of record for 20878, if you have a package or mail held here they tell you that “this is NOT your post office”. Apparently they have other “secret” locations they won’t tell you about but your mail is there so if a package is held because you were on vacation don’t waste your time coming here to pick it up. It won’t be here. Unfortunately you will get a lot of “attitude” from some of the employees before you find someone that will explain this all to you in a manner that makes sense.
