Was he busy attending to someone or something? No. Was there a long line waiting behind me? No. But he told me to just drop it off by the side and I said no, that I wanted to be sure I handed it off and given a receipt with tracking number. He still refused. Told me if want I can go outside and find a kiosk if some kind to do it. Now I get why some of these locations are being closed. I feel this guy shouldn't even be working there. Even after his female colleague asked him to assist me he still refused.
