- CFColin FengFeb 6, 20262.0Employees are friendly, but they don't scan packages that have a prepaid label to provide a receipt, so you won't have a proof of dropoff. That's a pretty significant shortcoming, and I avoid going here for that reason alone. If you don't care about a proof of dropoff, they have a dropoff box that's open 24 hours, assuming it's not locked for some reason.
