  Wonderful staff. Helpful. Cheerful. Friendly. We had to ship 24 boxes. Everyone was just amazing and made us smile through it all. Can’t thank them enough. Great team effort!

  I had the pleasure of stopping by the UPS store at 16220 Frederick Rd today, and I must say, I’m truly impressed! The professionalism of the staff is unmatched. The lady who helped me was quick, informative, and so polite. She answered all my questions and even helped me find the best shipping rate for my parcel. The business owner was also there, and he was just as professional – truly great energy! I’ve never sent anything from a UPS store that wasn’t close to home, but I will now always come back to this one, even if it’s a 15-minute drive for me. The customer service is top-notch! I also scheduled a notary service, and I’ll be back tomorrow to get that done. Additionally, I’m finalizing my business card templates with them because their prices and quality are the best I’ve seen – hands down! If you’re looking for excellent service, professionalism, and high-quality products, I highly recommend this UPS store. I’m giving them a solid 10 out of 10!

  Fantastic service at this UPS Store! The staff is always friendly, helpful, and efficient. Every time I come in, whether for an Amazon return or other services, they assist me promptly and professionally.
