My most recent interaction with one of the staff members, Gloria, prompted me to actually leave a review this time ( not something I do often). There was an issue with finding my package, and Gloria was the only one on duty at the time ( during evening rush hour/holiday season). She did an excellent job with trying to manage my needs, and the those of the other customers at the same time. She stayed calm, and was very apologetic. I was impressed. She never missed a beat. I later spoke to the owner of the store, and she was also very pleasant and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised, because you don't usually see such consistency in great customer service all the way around. I recommend this location for a smooth, friendly, and pleasant experience. Well done to the owner and her team. Can't say it enough, I was impressed!
