- JHJohn HardisonSep 27, 20255.0I placed an online order for 600 copies of a small, 8 page booklet. I was worried that it would print in the wrong page order, and I didn't ask for stapling. The Quince Orchard Road Staples copy tech, Janae (I think it was Janae) called me after I placed the order. She said she had printed a test copy and that the pages fell out easily and I should use staples. Wow, so 1) she printed a test copy of my order and 2) she called me to recommend I make a change. AAA+++ right there. She gave me a quote over the phone for the stapling and it was hardly anything, so I got it. While on the phone, we went through the booklet page by page an alleviated my fears about it printing in order. Online, it said the order would be ready by 7pm the next day, but she said she was going to get it done right away and it would be done that afternoon. When it was done, not only did I get a text, as usual, but Janae called me again as a courtesy to let me know I could pick it up. Just fantastic. I will use this location for all my printing needs and Janae gets a Gold Star!
