Then I came back after 30 minutes and not only the guy is not back but the GM Yani, which told me to wait for him with a really bad attitude, is gone as well. DISAPPOINTED. Usually no manager there and just a few tired associates who can't help cuz they waiting for their manager to come back...

Unfortunately, the store closed and we moved our business to the Gaithersburg store. When we went to the store to do a printing job, the Gaithersburg store had zero access to all of our records from Germantown store. Unbelievable Management Decision! I had an absolutely awful experience at the Staples in Gaithersburg. The customer service was terrible — nobody followed up with the promised phone calls about my much-needed business cards. After waiting far too long and getting zero communication, I finally canceled the job altogether. FedEx had my business card order designed, printed, and ready in 24 hours — something Staples couldn’t even manage to start. I will never walk into another Staples store again. If I ever need something you sell, I’ll just go to Target instead. This kind of incompetence and complete lack of work ethic has lost you a customer forever!
