- JLjupi lokDec 29, 20251.0I had a package that needed a signature and the delivery driver(s) took blurry close pictures of door tags they printed that were clearly taken in their car or too close up to tell where the door tag was placed. They did this 5 days in a row and marked me not being home to pick it up. I even left notes out saying please knock I am home. They never knocked and I didn’t get any one of the door tags that were printed. I ended up have to drive 3 hours to get my package. Update: I want to add that during this time I tried to use their website for alternative delivery/pick up options.. website was down every time I tried.

I have been waiting over 48 hrs now for a package from this location that was supposed to be delivered yesterday and requires signature. Unless you don't have a job and have 3-5 business days to spend sitting at your house waiting on a package, find another shipper. They have delayed the delivery date 4 times now and are telling me it will be here "by the end of today" which sounds like made up BS since that is what they have said every other time. Yesterday after spending 12 hrs waiting on this delivery they texted me at 730 stating it wouldn't be there that day. I will avoid using FedEx myself whenever possible going forward. Terrible service, terrible customer service, no one to help Editing to add they didn't come on the second day, and are now asking me to wait at home for a third day. Does FedEx understand how jobs and people's lives work? They should be held responsible for people's lost wages when they ask them to wait at home for days on end and fail to deliver packages, which is the literal only thing they are supposed to do as a company. I wouldn't even care if I didn't have to sign and could leave my home, but the fact that they have no way of prioritizing packages they have asked people to wait at home for is mind boggling. What an incompetent company 3rd day with no delivery and counting. FedEx is an awful company to do business with.
