This would have been zero stars but the employees working the counter are very pleasant and helpful.
I had picked up my mail and was leaving the parking lot via the side exit when a postal vehicle pulled out of a parking spot and blocked the exit. I waited a few seconds for it to move and then attempted to go past it by driving between the postal vehicle and a traffic cone that was blocking a parking spot. The postal vehicle started to move forward so I stopped to let it continue. The lady driving leaned out of the window, scowled at me and then made an exaggerated swooping gesture with her cigarette laden hand for me to pass. She then faced forward and sat there blocking the exit. Despite the obvious contempt she displayed towards me, I would have driven past, but was unable to do so due to the fact that by moving forward she made it impossible for me to pass without hitting her vehicle or the cone. I waited a few seconds to see if she would realize this and move but she sat stubbornly blocking the exit. I had to back up and go out the main exit of the parking lot. I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and common courtesy displayed by this woman and surprised to see her smoking on the job in a government vehicle.

Just a few months ago, I would have had nothing but good things to say about this post office and its employees. They always seemed helpful and efficient.
Now, though... it's a complete nightmare. We recently moved and properly filed a change of address form. We started receiving mail, so we knew it was working. Then, someone at this office canceled our forwarding, claiming our new address was "incorrect."
Our landlord spoke to them directly, spoke to the county, and confirmed our address is 100% valid. They even fixed the mailboxes per the post office's instructions.
The result? We are STILL not getting our mail.
The most frustrating part is that they are now stonewalling us. They are NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE. I've gone in person multiple times, and every single time, the supervisor is "going to be there the next day" but magically never is.
We've done everything right. We've proven our address is correct. And in return, this post office has stopped our mail and is now actively avoiding us. It's an unbelievable failure of their most basic duty.

Terrible customer service and does not take accountability for losing packages. Told multiple stories from different workers about how the deliverer seemed to misplace a package. “Would take us too long to find it” after instructed to pick it up at the post office from tracking service. Use any other method for package delivery if you can.

The post office itself is fine. The mail man assigned to my portion of town is FAR below par. My 5 member family depends on a pay check to get here before the bank closes. Having known a mail man for a very long time, it is my understanding that mail being delivered after dark (after supper time even) is completely unacceptable. As 5PM is closing time for this post office, it goes to show that the mail man can take as much time as he pleases without worry of what hardships it may cause families on his route and without any hassle from the post master to get mail delivered quickly and efficiently. Obviously he isn't getting back to the post office from his deliveries until WELL after closing time which should be an indication to the post master "hey, ol billy is still on his route and its after closing time. I really need to get him moving so customers don't choose other post methods."
