The manager cared more about profit than the customer right in front of him. I don’t remember his name, he was tall, white and with brown hair. We forgot to tape the box and he immediately rejected it, which no post service has ever done, they simply tape the box. It did say the box should come taped and wrapped but my mom explained why she needed to present them open. He ignored my mother when she asked to please just have one piece of tape and repeated like a robot, “tape service is 3 dollars, tape service is 3 dollars.” He wouldn’t even look at her, tapping away at the computer. It was baffling. He then tried to shoo her out of line and say if she wasn’t going to buy the tape service or the whole roll for $5, she needs to leave. I’ve met plenty of poor management but this was almost vindictive, like he just wanted to be cruel.

Staff is so rude one staff make everyone look bad ! Every time I go there will have some problems with the return stuff and this man will always say you can send the receipt to email and he will charge $2+ (every time!) can someone do something fir this guy?

We've lived in the Waterside community since 2018 and always use this location for UPS returns, etc. Staff has always been great, long lines, no lines, questions, concerns. I have never had a single issue while using this location.

I went to the store to return an item, and while the line was expected on a Saturday, what happened next was unbelievable. I was next in line, waiting patiently, when another UPS associate came out from the back with someone who clearly wasn’t in line. They were speaking Spanish together — which is not an issue at all — but the problem was that this customer was brought out from the employee-only area with a flat box and was allowed to skip the entire line.
The customer even asked me if I was next, and I told him yes. Despite that, the short male associate with black hair (who I’m assuming is the supervisor) ignored everyone waiting, continued speaking to him in Spanish, and rang him up anyway. No apology. No acknowledgment of the customers who had been waiting. Just complete disregard for the line and basic respect.
Using another language to talk around customers, clearly assuming they won’t understand, only made the situation feel even more rude and dismissive. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
