- PPPrissy2 days ago1.0I went to the store to return an item, and while the line was expected on a Saturday, what happened next was unbelievable. I was next in line, waiting patiently, when another UPS associate came out from the back with someone who clearly wasn’t in line. They were speaking Spanish together — which is not an issue at all — but the problem was that this customer was brought out from the employee-only area with a flat box and was allowed to skip the entire line. The customer even asked me if I was next, and I told him yes. Despite that, the short male associate with black hair (who I’m assuming is the supervisor) ignored everyone waiting, continued speaking to him in Spanish, and rang him up anyway. No apology. No acknowledgment of the customers who had been waiting. Just complete disregard for the line and basic respect. Using another language to talk around customers, clearly assuming they won’t understand, only made the situation feel even more rude and dismissive. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

They are doing the best they can with a difficult situation. I find UPS pricing to be way too much but again that is not their fault.
