  It was extremely busy here yesterday. The line was out the door! I've only ever seen it like this around Christmas time. The three gentlemen behind the counter were calm, polite, helpful and professional. I love that it advertised it as a locally owned and operated UPS store!

  I went in person to resolve an issue after my confirmed address change was ignored and the package was returned to sender. The manager stated it was a “50/50 mistake” because she mistyped the information and I did not confirm it. That explanation is unacceptable. Data entry errors made by staff are not shared liability with the customer. Shifting responsibility instead of taking ownership reflects poorly on management and process controls. This involved sensitive documents and the lack of accountability is extremely concerning. Customers deserve accuracy, transparency, and professional responsibility, not blame shifting.

  Though it is a very small store, it does have everything you need to ship packages and it is in such a convenient location. It is sometimes very crowded and there seems to be a lot of lazy people parking in the fire lane but otherwise this little store is great for mailing out packages, making copies or returning Amazon items. They are always helpful and very quick.

  Im here atleast once a week to do Amazon returns or other. So far so good, No complaints. They are usually fully staffed with 2-3 people and they move the line quickly, and everyone has been super helpful and courteous.

  I visited this UPS location to ship official, court-required legal documents. I provided the correct address in writing for the clerk to copy and he forgot to type the suite number, directly from the court document. Unfortunately, the employee entered the address incorrectly and they said that’s my fault for not catching it and want me to pay a second time!!! UPS systems do not require customers to proofread address screens character-by-character; employees are trained to input addresses accurately. Courts also do not expect customers to “babysit” shipping clerks when submitting legal notices. Due to the seriousness and time sensitivity of this matter, I will be escalating this issue to UPS management and corporate customer relations until it is resolved appropriately. I hope this location reviews training and accountability procedures for handling official legal shipments.
