  Worse UPS store in the area and very poor customer services. Stopped going there for awhile but decided to use there today for Amazon return and very disappointing. Never going back there again!!

They took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed, which I truly appreciated. I needed help figuring out packaging options, and they clearly explained the different box sizes and prices so I could choose what worked best for me. Everything felt transparent and straightforward, no pressure, just helpful guidance. It’s rare to find customer service that feels both professional and genuinely kind. I’ll definitely be coming back for my shipping needs. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for efficient service with a friendly touch!

  ​I am beyond frustrated with the service here. I arrived with my item already boxed up and the return label printed and attached. All the package needed was a single strip of tape to secure the top, and the staff actually tried to charge me for it. ​It is absolute nonsense that they wouldn’t provide a literal inch of tape to complete a shipment. Talk about the worst customer service possible. I refused to buy an entire roll of tape just to close one box, so I walked out. I’ll be taking my business to a different UPS location from now on where they actually care about being helpful. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

  I come here all the time to drop off and they are always attentive and greet you right from the door opening. They’re very quick at what they do. But at the same time not rushing. Always answering questions and kind about.
