  I just sent a return back here. The younger guy that helped me seemed like he barely had enough energy to function, and was seconds away from passing out. Smelled like he just smoked a joint, spoke to me with his head down on the desk, and handed me my receipt with his elbow and head still on the desk. Do we not care about customer service and being professional anymore?

  Felt welcomed as soon as we entered. Notary service was done in a timely manner. We were told if we are in the area again to stop by and say hello.

  I recently went to this UPS store in Urbana, Frederick MD. I wanted to return something but I had an issue with printing the return label. The young lady, Esther, who was at the counter, guided me through the steps to download a QR code on my cell phone. She just scanned it and completed the return in minutes! Excellent service! Esther is great!
