If feel like after it become over 10 people waiting in line that staples need to have more than one computer to accept Amazon returns. This is ridiculous. And then the other person working in the area is just watching the older lady and looking at everyone in line. I was in line for 6 mins before someone walked up and needed services for lamination. This other worker could have been helping the line more quicker before another customer walked over for another service. At least help this older leader move the boxes and pack them up and tape them. She’s stopping in between accepting returns to do all of that and the line is long

Called here today to make sure I could bring in my Amazon return before driving 45 minutes here with my Qr code and when I arrived in person they told me I was lied to on the phone. They then tried to sell me a label which sounds like a scam! This location does not do hassle free Amazon returns with the QR code! I do not support this scam resort!
