We were replacing a longtime employee on short notice; an employee who was quite familiar with our entire IT infrastructure. MainSpring was up for the challenge. In our first year with them, we upgraded numerous elements of our IT systems including security issues, equipment, and operations. Their staff also addresses our IT issues whether large or small. Their response time is always within the promised time frame and it is often within an hour after a ticket is submitted. Overall, we have substantially improved our IT functions and operations. They promised to be more than just an IT support system. They are easily meeting that promise.
