  MainSpring is an awesome outsourced IT partner! We have been working together for five years and we have developed a trusted partnership. It's great to be able to pick up the phone to talk to people that really care and that take a personal interest in our organization!

  “Moving to MainSpring was one of the best decisions we’ve made.” CSPI switched to MainSpring as a strategic partner for IT services in the summer of 2018. Since then, they’ve been proactive in forging a strong relationship at the executive and operational levels. Recommendations for equipment and platform updates, and for migrating to the collaborative platform SharePoint have either been adopted or are being implemented according to scale, poising our organization and our infrastructure for growth as we expand our mission. We look forward to continuing our partnership with MainSpring as they continue to provide innovative and efficient, yet economical ways to move CSPI to the next level.

  MainSpring has implemented a very proactive approach to managing our IT environment, focusing on increasing staff productivity through aggressive risk management, rapid response to issues as they arise, and sensitivity to the type of work that our association routinely does. I particularly appreciate their emphasis on identifying issues before they become problems, prioritizing them, and giving advance notice of likely costs of resolution. They truly work as partners with us, learning our business and thinking of ways within our budget to make us more successful. Their approach has made it much easier for us to plan for future growth, knowing what steps we will need to take and in what time frame. I highly recommend them!

  NAIOP contracted MainSpring to be our outsourced IT partner in August 2018. We were replacing a longtime employee on short notice; an employee who was quite familiar with our entire IT infrastructure. MainSpring was up for the challenge. In our first year with them, we upgraded numerous elements of our IT systems including security issues, equipment, and operations. Their staff also addresses our IT issues whether large or small. Their response time is always within the promised time frame and it is often within an hour after a ticket is submitted. Overall, we have substantially improved our IT functions and operations. They promised to be more than just an IT support system. They are easily meeting that promise.
