He verbalized that the store closed at 7:00 pm and that the online store hours were incorrect. I challenged him and said that online store hours stated 8:00pm was closing time and he refused to take my package. Pretty sure FedEx store hours are standard. unacceptable for me to walk in 15 minutes before closing time just for him to tell me he can’t send my package. Will be calling manager in the morning

Great low stress atmosphere, staff always completes my orders in a fraction of the time estimated on the corporate website. I am super impressed by their fine art shipping abilities, and trust them with proper packaging of fragile artwork. Today I spent a significant time in store getting assistance with fine art packing. Erik did not rush me, but was really nice, endlessly patient, and impressively knowledgeable about all the details, even though I doubt people are shipping oil paintings internationally in Ballenger Creek all that often. Really appreciate everyone at this location. I always walk away having a better day after getting help from their staff, even if I don't always have the available funds to spend all that much money with them. Thank you!
