- STShane ThomasSep 4, 20245.0Today my daughter went to this office to recover a package that was scanned delivered 4 days ago and never showed up. The clerk took our information down and I just knew it would be days before they would call and say that they couldn’t find the package. But in less than a hour the package was delivered to my home and the supervisor called to verify that it had been. Thanks for the wonderful customer service
- DFDr FosterMay 9, 20231.0I must agree with the others who have given this post office one star because zero stars are not an option. When getting packages are the worst. First, my package was marked delivered. I'm calling the company telling them I want a refund because I have not received my package. I was told to contact the post office. The postal worker had to ask the driver and four days later, I receive my package. Secondly, my package was mailed and marked delivered only to be delivered to wrong address *bend not wood. Someone can't read. And, finally same problem or person who still can't read and delivered our neighbor's package from around the corner who lives on *bend Dr and we live on *wood Drive. Suggestion: maybe the workers need to be retrained on their routes and with alphabetical order to organize their packages, letters, street addresses. Outrageous

- JCJasmine CagleMar 12, 20191.0Wouldn't give them any stars if I could! This post office has a reputation for "missing/STOLEN" packages. I've had multiple packages state that they were delivered when they never actually were. It always seems to happen when I have this alternate driver on my route. Their management has lied to cover the stolen packages stating that they don't have trackers on their trucks....REALLY. It seems as if they are lacking common sense or used to dealing with customers that do. USPS really needs to re-evaluate their staff, have more micromanaging from corporate, require annual customer service training, and change the way that they do business. I've been so disgusted with their services that I wouldn't at all be surprised if they are put out of business by a better managed mail service. I'd rather pay more for more reliable services.
