  The customer service here is always top tier. I also love all of the services offered here so much so as of today, I now have a business mailbox with this location.

  The ladies in the store did not greet me and my child as I walked in the store. As I was asking questions about my package one was on the phone scrolling. The other lady brush my question off. As I started to get upset they tried to act a as if I was the problem

  ​I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this location due to hidden fees and the unprofessional behavior of a staff member named Mr. Kim. ​I went in to drop off an Amazon return and print a simple color document. Although I had the email ready to send to the store, Mr. Kim instructed me to use the store computer instead. I followed his directions, and the entire process took less than 20 seconds. ​When I went to pay, I was shocked to see a charge for "5 minutes of computer time." When I politely asked why I was being charged for the computer when I was specifically told to use it, Mr. Kim became defensive and raised his voice. When I mentioned that other shipping centers (like FedEx) typically don't charge a computer fee for a simple email-to-print job, he rudely shouted, "THIS IS UPS NOT FED EX I DON'T CARE WHAT THEY DO." ​The issues with this visit: ​Lack of Transparency: I was charged for a service I was told to use without being informed of the cost. ​Overcharging: Being billed for 5 minutes of time for a 20-second task is unreasonable. ​Poor Customer Service: Mr. Kim was loud, stoic, and refused to explain the reasoning behind the charges, opting instead to be hostile. ​If there were another option in Fort Washington I would not be coming back. If you need simple printing services without the attitude and hidden fees, I would suggest going elsewhere. Next time I'm sure the library would be more helpful! Do better Mr. KIM!!!!
